About me
My name is Em Em. I started my career in SQL Server database in 2007. I have a fair amount of experience and expertise in Microsoft SQL server administration, development, and Business Intelligence stack. I diversified into Microsoft Business Intelligence stack Primarily SSIS and SSRS. I have had a great opportunity to gain fair amount knowledge in Oracle database 11g. I became a member of Microsoft SQL Server professional family.
Overview of my last project
1. The scope of the project was to create DW, build and maintain SSIS Packages to import and export data from various data source system and destinations, create facts and dimension tables, migrating the legacy system to the DW, and create business reports and analytic dashboard.
2. Involved in Designing, Developing and Testing of the ETL strategy dealing with different data sources (SQL Server, Excel, MS Access and Flat Files) and loaded the data into data warehouse dynamically by performing different kinds of SSIS transformations.
3. Built and maintained Data marts in different modules, suppliers, patient accounting, finance, EMR and office administration in data warehouse environment and kept up-to-date in accordance with business requirements and practices.
4. Using SSRS created well-formed reports for health related applications and transactions. Generated matrix reports, drill down, drill through, sub reports, chart reports, multi parameterized reports.
Strength:
My strongest skill is the ability to get things done. What I mean by this is that when I am given a task, I am able to assess what is required to get the task done, and work either on my own or with a team to confirm the requirements of the task then determine available options for getting that task done. Problem-solving is a big part of this, combined with an almost stubborn desire to never give up. The word “can’t” is not in my vocabulary, I generally try to never use the word “can’t”, rather I try to re-think things to figure out a workable solution that can be done.
I am a responsible for some of the significant achievement that I tribute to the fact that I am thorough and always do my homework. I have great interpersonal skills, I consider myself to be creative when comes to problem solve.
Weakness:
Well sometimes I might ask a lot of questions before the new project you know, it may come out a bit of a nag, but only because I want to make sure I understand everything completely before ahead.
