POSITION SUMMARY:
I manage up 800 users with the day-to-day functions in the Salesforce platform that includes troubleshoot and resolve operational/functional issues and provide technical support to end-users.
I perform administrative functions: create custom reports, dashboards, and assist with system configuration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, define, and execute ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of end-users
Identify, plan, and execute ways to improve operational efficiency and system utilization (i.e. automation, training, etc.)
Research and resolve complex Salesforce Administrator tasks/issues
Troubleshoot, resolve, and execute ways to reduce escalated issues
Implement, test, and analyze Salesforce.com applications/modifications
Develop and execute business requirements by working cross-functionally with end-users to ensure that Salesforce.com to support their businesses
Maintain the system by completing tasks such items as manage access rights, security settings, and user privileges; ensure overall system configuration, change control and enhancements;
identify usage problems and crafting technical/communication plans to remedy
Perform Administrator functions such as making modifications to user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage

This role will bridge essential functions such as:
Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards
Responsible for requirements development, analysis, joint configuration, data conversion, user training and life-cycle support of SalesForce
Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field-level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, escalation rules, auto-assignment rules, etc.
Collaborate with end-users, managers and IT to develop business requirements
